Welcome to Anupam Tours and Travels. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our taxi and transportation services. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking Policy

Bookings should be made at least 4 hours in advance for local trips and 24 hours in advance for outstation trips to ensure availability. The booking is confirmed only after the payment of an advance token amount of 20% of the total fare. Full payment must be made at the end of the trip.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: Up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time
• 50% Cancellation Fee: Between 24-12 hours before pickup
• 100% Cancellation Fee: Less than 12 hours before pickup or no-show

Cancellations must be communicated via phone call or WhatsApp message.

3. Kilometers and Hours Calculation

For outstation trips, kilometers are calculated from our garage to garage (Surat to Surat). The minimum billing for outstation trips is 300km per day. For local rentals, the minimum booking is 8 hours/80km per day. Extra hours or kilometers will be charged at the agreed rate.

4. Tolls, Parking, and Permits

Toll taxes, state entry taxes, parking charges, and interstate permits are not included in the package and must be paid by the customer directly at the toll booth, parking lot, or permit office during the trip. These costs are to be borne by the customer as they vary based on routes and locations.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment must be cleared at the end of the trip. We accept Cash, UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and Bank Transfers. GST is applicable as per government norms (5% on transportation services). All payments are non-refundable except in cases of service failure on our part.

6. Vehicle Condition and Maintenance

All our vehicles are regularly serviced and maintained. However, in case of any mechanical breakdown, we will provide a replacement vehicle of similar or higher category at no extra cost. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or road conditions.

7. Driver Conduct and Safety

Our drivers are experienced, licensed, and background-verified. They follow traffic rules and maintain professional conduct. Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. The driver reserves the right to stop the ride if the customer misbehaves or violates these terms.

8. Passenger Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup location and contact details
• Be ready at the pickup point 15 minutes before scheduled time
• Treat the driver and vehicle with respect
• Pay all applicable charges including tolls and parking
• Report any issues during the trip immediately

9. Liability and Insurance

All our vehicles are comprehensively insured. In case of accidents, our insurance covers third-party liability. We are not liable for personal belongings left in the vehicle. Passengers are advised to keep valuables with them at all times.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, road blocks, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or direct communication. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat.
